Wise Timetable includes a fully integrated yet standalone Exam Scheduling module, designed specifically for planning and managing final exams. The system automatically generates exam timetables based on a wide range of constraints, such as maximum exams per day, student overlaps, room capacities, and distribution rules.

Once the schedule is created, the module goes further by producing all necessary outputs for smooth exam organization:

  ●  Seating plans for students, ensuring proper allocation across rooms and halls.
  ●  Assignments for proctors/invigilators, with clear responsibilities.
  ●  Notifications for lecturers, detailing their exam supervision duties.

All information can be exported to Excel, saved in the database, or distributed directly via email to students, staff, and invigilators.

This ensures that exam periods are handled with the same efficiency and accuracy as regular timetables, minimizing conflicts, respecting constraints, and providing everyone with precise, ready-to-use information.
